Return policy

It is possible to exchange purchased items for other sale items or other size.

All products available on this site come with an identification tag and have applied an NFC cip that identifies uniqueness and originality. Tampering with the tag or cip does not allow us to change the product provided.

We advise you to try on the product without removing the tag or breaking its seal. Therefore it is necessary that the returned items are in the same condition as you received them, otherwise they will not be accepted.

Below are all the instructions you need to follow, and if all the information is correct, we will issue the return authorization code so that you can return the package and receive your refund as soon as possible.

To simplify the procedure, we can send the courier directly to your address for pickup.

Instructions for collection

  1. Download the RMA form on the page below, fill it out completely and email it to customer service at info@pelletterieborghese.it. In case of size change, please specify the desired size in the notes.
  2. Wait for a return or size change code to be assigned before shipping the item.
  3. Check the following:
    all labels, fabric or hanging, are fully intact and, therefore, have not been removed from the garment. Each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped to you and must be packaged neatly. Each returned garment has not been worn and/or washed and/or ironed and/or processed in any way.
  4. You can use your own courier or ask us to have our courier pick up from your home. The cost of this service is 10.00 €, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

PLEASE NOTE: If you choose your own courier, the package containing your return travels at your own risk and, therefore, we cannot be responsible for any loss, damage due to poor packaging, delay in delivery to our warehouses.

PLEASE NOTE: If even one of these conditions is not met, Pelletterie Borghese s.r.l.s. will not accept the return and the items will be shipped back to you at your expense.

If the procedure has been carried out correctly, you will be sent an e-mail indicating that the return has been accepted and, therefore, we will make your refund, which will be made by crediting your credit card (if you paid by credit card) or bank transfer (if you paid by bank transfer) or Paypal credit (if you paid by Paypal). If you paid by cash on delivery, you will need to notify us by e-mail, along with your order number, your IBAN code, branch name and bank country. No other types of credits are allowed.

If, however, the above conditions have not been met, you will be notified and we will give you the opportunity to return the garment, to your address, at your expense.
