It is possible to change the purchased items with other products for sale or with another size.
All the products available on this site are provided with an identification tag and have applied an NFC cip which identifies the uniqueness and originality. Tampering with the tag or cip does not allow us to change the product supplied.
We advise you to try the product without removing the tag and without breaking the seal. Therefore it is necessary that the items returned are in the same conditions in which you received them, otherwise they will not be accepted.
Below are all the instructions you need to follow and, if all the information is correct, we will issue the return authorization code so that you can return the package and receive a refund as soon as possible.
To simplify the procedure, we can send the courier for collection directly to your address.
1) Download the RMA form on the page below, complete it in its entirety and send it to customer service at the email address firstname.lastname@example.org
Attention in case of size change specify the desired size in the notes
2) Wait for a return or size change code to be assigned before sending the item
3) Check the following:
- All labels, in fabric or pendants, are perfectly intact and, therefore, have not been removed from the garment.
- Each item to be returned is in the same condition in which it was originally shipped to you and must be packed in an orderly manner
- Each item returned has not been worn and / or washed and / or ironed and / or treated in any way.
4) It is possible to use your trusted courier or ask for the collection at your home by our courier. The cost of this service is € 10.00 which will be deducted from the refund amount.
ATTENTION: if you choose your courier the package containing the return travels at your own risk and, therefore, we cannot be responsible for any loss, damage due to bad packaging, delay in delivery to our warehouses.
ATTENTION: if even one of these conditions is not respected, Pelletterie Borghese will not accept the return and the items will be sent back to you at your expense.
If the procedure has been carried out correctly, an e-mail will be sent to you indicating that the return has been accepted and, therefore, we will carry out your refund which will be made by crediting your credit card (if you paid by credit card ) or bank transfer (if you paid by bank transfer) or Paypal credit (if you paid by Paypal). If you paid cash on delivery, you will have to communicate us by e-mail, together with the order number, your IBAN, Name of the Branch and Country of the Bank (other types of credits are not allowed)
If, on the other hand, the conditions mentioned above have not been respected, you will be notified and we will give you the opportunity to return the garment, at your address, at your expense.
